Your scores will constantly change due to call data displaying from a rolling 30 day period. Although new scores may not be added yet, calls from the least recent date are being dropped off the dashboard as we go into a new day, altering the data.
This is to ensure scores are up-to-date with the hard work you are putting in to book appointments! (:
Because of the difference in your individual scores, team members will not have the same changes.
Increases and dips are to be expected, but once you get new scored calls, you will see that score jump back up. It is just a matter of awaiting the data for new scored calls, and continuing to book those appointments!
It is important to frequently check your scores and we will be here to help if you have any concerns.
