Instant Access to the Most Important Metrics

All of the most important metrics are listed right on the home page for easy access at any time, and it allows you and your team to stay updated on a real-time basis. These metrics include the current New Client Schedule Rate and a target bubble illustrating what the team is aiming for, as well as a Rewards Balance linked to a countdown timer that shows how long the team member has to reach their goal. There’s even a 30-day Scheduling Rate section to showcase your team’s improvement over time, and a Team Leaderboard to see which team member is leading the pack. 

Notation Feature to Recognize Rebooking Opportunities 

The new dashboard also allows you to instantly access recorded calls, and the user can leave comments to easily pass on notes to team members. There’s also a section to quickly notate the critical call data — the client’s name, pet’s name, and a phone number to call back — and you can even mark a call as “ineligible” if you don’t want it factored in to UPbook’s algorithms. 

Executive Section for Practice Owners and Managers 📈

Using the “executive” section on the left side of the new dashboard, practice owners and managers will find detailed charts giving them even greater insights into their team members’ scheduling rates. You can compare individual team members to each other with an easy-to-use interactive graphic, view more details on the Team Leaderboard data, and see the total calls per month and how they compare to last month’s numbers. That kind of data gives you invaluable insights that can drive business and determine ROI.
