In order to give team members credit for their wonderful calls, we need to know who took the call 😉.
Anytime you see "Team" or "Team Member" on your UPbook Dashboard, it means that we were not able to identify who took the call. This is one of the reasons it is so important for team members to say their name when they take a call.
If you see this and happen here's what to do. Click on the word "Team Member" a drop down box will appear. Select the correct Team Member and then hit "save".
That's it! Your done.
