To receive fax, you need to notify first UPbook which emails are allowed to receive fax. UPbook will then send you a document on how to send and receive fax. Then:
- Once UPbook Fax is setup for your practice, you will receive faxes as PDFs to your set email address.
- If an attempted inbound fax fails, an email notification will be sent to your UPbook Fax email address.
