So you have two team members with the same name? No worries!
It is SO important for team members to identify themselves when they answer the phone. Callers like to know who they are speaking to and we need their names to give them credit for their AMAZING calls!
When there are more than one team member with the same name, ideally they would find a way to differentiate themselves, such as using their last initial or a variation of their name (ex: Mandy and Amanda or Chris and Christopher).
If the team is not comfortable with that, we ask that you identify a couple calls for each member so our scoring team can listen to their voices to differentiate. Please be patient with us while we learn your voices. We ask that if you ever notice a call being linked to the wrong team member, you let us know via the chat box and we will fix it immediately!
