How Often Is The UPbook Data Updated?

Great question!

The manual scores are provided every 24 hours (which drives the New Client Scheduling Rate, Leaderboard, and ELITE Skills, and the "Who Is Calling My Practice" log is updated every 2 hours. 

If you feel your call volume is low, let us know via chat or email (membersuccess@upbook.com)  as we can discuss routing all your calls through UPbook. This will significantly increase your call volume and can be setup fairly quickly.
