When the recorded number is activated for your practice, it will not include any hold music or services, as we won't be putting them on hold! The caller dials the number from your website, will immediately hear a message thanking them for calling ☺️ and asking them to designate if they are a new or existing client by pressing 1 or 2. The caller is immediately connected to the practice's main phone line for a team member to answer.
