Enable/Disable Call Forwarding

Call Forwarding lets you forward calls to a specific calls when lines are busy, calls are not answered, or when phones are switched off.

If you want calls to be forwarded, especially during After Hours:

  1. Using the Front Office Phone 1, dial *72# and then follow the voice prompts to enter the phone no. starting with the area code
  2. To turn off, just dial *73# on the Front Office Phone 1
