      Call Transfer

      Transferring a call

      • Again, as a BEST PRACTICE, we strongly recommend printing out your Extension List and having it placed by each phone.
      • On a DESKTOP phone, press the soft key beneath the “Transfer” button. The transfer button (located on the lower-left corner) will only appear while on an active call. 

       

      • On a CORDLESS phone, press the “TRANS” button on the lower left-hand corner of the handset.
      • You will then need to enter the extension you would like to transfer to. For example, “101.”
      • You can simply hang up once you hear the ringing.
      • To transfer a call to an extension’s voicemail, dial ** before entering the extension number you are wanting to transfer to.
      • To call just an extension, simply dial a direct extension number and it will ring to their location only.
