How-To: Install and Access Google Chrome

Google Chrome is a web browser, like Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. Due to Google’s technological advances, Google Chrome has become the go-to web browser. Many applications or websites will be difficult to use on other browsers simply because it has become increasingly popular for web developers to make their software compatible with Google Chrome. Everyone has their favorite browser, but it is statistically proven that Google Chrome is a faster browser with fewer complications (see below attachments).

"Works Best With Chrome"

Chrome can be installed for free and takes approximately 2-15 minutes depending on your internet speed. We recommend using Google Chrome when accessing your UPbook Dashboard, Intercom, and other similar websites. If you are not using Google Chrome, you may encounter problems when attempting to further your dashboard experience. Internet Explorer, on several occurrences, did not show any content after the consent forms were signed. It may also prohibit you from listening to call recordings, and if there’s no listening, there’s no help! We only want the best for you, so if you are not using Google Chrome, we will take you step by step on how to get started.
