Incoming faxes are emailed as attachments to your designated email account. You may add additional email accounts as recipients at any time. Just ask our support team for help. Sending Faxes in 3 simple steps:
Please note: your send URL is unique to you. Did you know you can change your unique URL? 😱 Yep, that's right. That string of characters before "fax.upbook.com" can be customized for you. Email our Support Team at support@upbook.com to request a new URL. Understanding Notifications The eFAX system notifies you of outgoing success and both outgoing and incoming errors. These notifications provide details on why the fax did not go through, or if it was successful. If you'd like to learn more about common errors and causes, check out our printable guide. NOTE: Go to File > Make a Copy and then update the highlighted areas with your info prior to printing. |
