      Troubleshooting Common Issues

      Here are some common issues and possible DIY solutions.

       
      When it comes to phone issues, there are some simple solutions you can try first that will oftentimes resolve the issue, saving you valuable time! 

      Let's review...

      Call Quality Issues

      Restart your ISP Modem first. Check internet speed using speedtest.net. If your speeds are inconsistent or much lower than usual, contact your ISP for further help. 

      Phone Not Ringing

      Check that your system is in open hours mode and that DND is not active.

      Parking Light Stuck

      Restart the problematic phone. Contact support if issue persists.
