Self Scoring

Did you know your team can score their calls in real time? 

Here's how it works:

At the conclusion of a New Client call, the speaker on the desktop phone will ask for the outcome of the call. 

The result is then logged in 3 fast keypresses:
2-digit Agent ID + (1 for Booked, 2 for Not Booked or 3 for Ineligible)

Example - Agent ID is 03 and call is booked: "031"

Simply forward this email to sabrina.m@dvmelite.com with a list of your team members and their associated 2-digit Agent ID #'s (can start with a "0"), and we'll get you set up. We'll then call the practice to let you know it's active and provide basic training if needed.
