Individual Team Member's Calls

The data in UPbook is so valuable and we want it to be easy for you to access! 

You can filter a list of your calls with the steps below:

  • Click on the "All Calls" tab from the side menu
  • Use the three drop down boxes to filter calls accordingly

You can filter calls by individual team members, call status or call tag.

Call tag will allow you to filter calls by new clients or existing clients and call status will allow you to filter by answered calls or missed calls.
