Internet or Power Outage
Outages happen but it doesn't mean your whole operation has to stop. If you lose internet or power, call our support line at 1-888-700-1902 and ask us to enable forwarding to your mobile backup number, so your practice can continue to answer incoming calls. 👍

Remote Team
If your team has to go remote, mobile forwarding in combination with the mobile outbound calling feature is a great option.
Bonus: You don't have to forward all incoming calls to your mobile number. We can revise your IVR and assign a keypress that would forward to your designated mobile phone.
Example: You're short staffed or currently shutdown and you would like to forward only triage calls to a technician's mobile phone. We would revise and re-record your IVR menu to ensure only the appropriate calls route to this mobile number.
