Delete Customer Account

Remove customer account (duplicate or no longer active)

  • Go to the "Loyalty Cards" section on the left-hand side.

  • Click the "Action" button above the loyalty card and choose "Registered Users."

  • From the user list, select the correct user. You can use the search bar at the top left of the screen to find users.

  • When the customer's account is visible, click on the "red trash can" icon.

  • Confirm that you would like to delete the account.
