Remove customer account (duplicate or no longer active)

Go to the "Loyalty Cards" section on the left-hand side.

Click the "Action" button above the loyalty card and choose "Registered Users."

From the user list, select the correct user. You can use the search bar at the top left of the screen to find users.

When the customer's account is visible, click on the "red trash can" icon.

Confirm that you would like to delete the account.
